How do I get a quote?

Fill out our lead form with your event date, venue, and general vision (lighting, A/V, staging, or a combination). We'll follow up with a proposal, typically within 1 business day. Or checkout our pre-built packages and reserve online.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large events, 4-8 weeks out is ideal, especially during peak season (fall through spring in Miami). We work on a first-reserve, first-served basis and have a daily capacity limit on deliveries, so popular dates can fill up. Do you require a deposit or retainer to book?

We work with a non-refundable retainer rather than a refundable deposit. The retainer reserves your date and equipment on a first-reserve, first-served basis; the remaining balance is due before your event date. Your proposal will show the exact retainer amount and due dates.

Question 4

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Accepted Answer

Most orders can be adjusted up until about 1-2 weeks before the event, depending on equipment and delivery-capacity availability. Submit changes through email as soon as you know what's changing so we can confirm availability & secure your equipment.

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Miami and primarily service Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. For events further out, note the location on your lead form and we'll confirm feasibility and any additional travel costs.

Question 6

How are rentals priced? Do you have any multi-day discounts or after-hours service?

Accepted Answer

Rentals are based on a 24-hour minimum, with 15%–30% automatic discounts for multi-day rentals shown prior to finalizing your order. Installs 8:00 PM–8:00 AM include an after-hours surcharge you’ll see before confirming.

Does my venue require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Many venues do. If yours requires one, let us know at the time of booking (there's a spot for this on our lead form) so we can request it right away, since COIs can take a few business days to process. If you're not sure, check with your venue coordinator before submitting your form.
